Members golf club, Chippenham
A used trim mower for a members golf club
Used John Deere 2653B PrecisionCut trim mower
machine price
£28,000
deposit chosen by the club
£10,000
term
5 years
The club wanted a professional machine without paying new money, and to choose its own deposit. We placed it with the first of two lenders to come back, and the club put down £10,000 so the monthly figure suited its budget.
The club had an old machine to dispose of and wanted the cost spread before the season. The trade in came off the amount financed, reducing the interest paid, and was documented as part of the deal so the VAT was handled properly.
Every application is assessed on its own merits and all finance is subject to status. These are past outcomes, not a guide to what any other business will be offered.

Lenders can sometimes shape payments around the season, with less to pay in winter when the grass stops growing. This example shows level monthly payments.

These examples are illustrations to show how the finance works. Your rate, deposit and term depend on your business, the machine and the lender, and all finance is subject to status.
